The Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) has received fund from the Government Counter Part Fund toward the implementation of the activities under the ECCC process, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of the above fund to payments under the contract on Supply Bus Services for Transportation of the ECCC staff from Phnom Penh-ECCC Office and ECCC Office -Phnom Penh.

The Bids Evaluation Committee of the ECCC would like to invite interested service providers who have experiences with providing vehicle renting services to submit quotation for the above contract.

Interested bidders shall meet the requirements as-follows:

• Bus Requirements:
  - 25 seats (02 units)
  - Number of vehicles can be increased according to the increase of the ECCC staff
  
  
• Bus Conditions:
  - Brand name and year of production (at least 1995)
  - Good Air Conditioning
  - Tire in good condition
  - Fire extinguisher fitted
  - Quiet sound engine and cover the fuel
  - Original Left Hand Drive
  - Seat Belt
  - Vehicle Inspection Report (Ministry of Public Works and Transport)
  
  
• Driver Conditions
  - Must have Driving License (Type: B)
  - Basic English speaking
  - Punctual with working hours (Monday-Friday, 6:00am- 6:00pm)
  - Good communication
  - Polite, friendly and helpful
  - At least one year experience
  - Time management
  
  
• Price Conditions
  - Drivers including breakfast and lunch
  - Overtime Charge
  - Other Expense
  - Passenger Liability Insurance Covered
  - Toll Fees (Two ways a day; 5 days a week)
